SOULSCAPING

If we consider landscaping as an analogy – improving the contours and aesthetics of the land – we can similarly attribute ‘soulscaping’ as an act of tending to the aesthetics, nature or essence of the soul – almost like a meticulous kind of soulmaking or soulcrafting.

The sentiment and practice itself has been around for quite some time now, although perhaps known by different terminology or none at all. Here at Brazen Sync, we believe that by honouring, indulging and igniting the process more consciously, deeply and passionately, we can create true moments of authentic synchronicity.

Soulscaping requires having intimate terms of engagement with one’s own inner psyche, similar to a courtship with our own ’self’ in order to come face to face with the ever changing nature of our essence and individual make-up, and ultimately recognising the blueprint for our soul’s destiny.

Conscious ’soulscaping’ allows us to further explore and recognise the natural states of existence within our own conscience and the interplay between our inner and outer worlds.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR SOULSCAPING SYNCHRONICITIES

As with any new concept or modality of thought, our current disposition has been to approach the new learning with a rationale of open-mindedness and leveraged skepticism. What if we were to suspend our conventional archaic beliefs just for a moment and embrace a new paradigm in free will and thinking? We always have the option to go back to our conditioned beliefs at any time, but let’s indulge in the concept of brazen synchronicity via conscious soulscaping just for a moment.

In ‘a priori’ terms, we have established that in order to ‘soulscape’, we need to be more open and curious to the notion that the we exist in an interconnected universe. Those familiar with the concept of the ‘butterfly effect’ will know that any action (small or large) causes a re-action elsewhere in this vast web of ours.

Synchronicity often shows up in our lives as patterns, series, strings of events or clusters of incidences. As with the notion of ‘like attracts like’ – most people will experience synchronicity when they are more open and aware of such a phenomena. Certain passages of time like birth, death, significant turning points and emotional upheaval can bring about a surge of openness and vulnerabilities as it brings about a catalyst for change in our lives, but if we remain aware of random occurrences in a world of infinite possibilities, we may ultimately realise the intrinsic and powerful interconnectedness of our cosmos.

In The Celestine Prophecy, James Redfield describes the first insight as a critical mass awakening of people following mysteriously meaningful coincidences in a journey towards spiritual evolvement. When we plug into the flow of things, we experience more synchronous events indicating that journey to a higher path.

Conventional society may not always favour alternative diversity as much as keeping order and maintaining the status quo but here at Brazen Sync, we believe in cultivating individuality and unique ideas, standing out from the norm and being courageous in the face of mediocrity. Not long ago, people who had distinctly alternative experiences were deemed ‘different’ and perhaps in need of institutionalisation or medication. However, some of those individuals also paved way for new ideologies, concepts and even made significant contributions to society, medicine and art. With the advent and global surge in alternative healing modalities, Eastern practices and other esoteric interests, consciousness has forged a new and exciting path for evolution and growth.

The only thing we have to decide is whether we want to be behind the wave, catch up with it or be ahead of it. We all have our own individual journeys and yet some of us share very similar paths. Brazen Sync believes that we all have a huge part to play in shaping our own destinies and ultimately effecting universal consciousness.

Eventually as humanity becomes more attuned to ourselves and our surroundings, it will be commonplace for people to have increasingly more synchronicities and to know exactly how to intuit and interpret them. That song you heard on the radio may be a constant reminder of how you need to interact with a certain person on any given day. Those repetitive numbers that keep popping up everywhere on licence plates, digital clocks and random places may indicate being on the right path at exactly the right time in your life.

At the same time, we need to be realistic in our identification with external ‘synchronistic’ guidances – that is, signs and signals. If we rely too heavily on such sources, we may risk losing our ability to make informed choices and decisions. We need to keep vigilant guard of our personal identities and critical faculties from time to time. What brazen concept does not purport to precautionary means every now and then?

SETTING THE INTENTION

When we open up to synchronous events, we feel that our sense of purpose unfolds with external guidance and support. This flow of destiny has always been there. We all have a destiny that is divinely intended and reflected in our own sense of what most inspires us and it is always waiting to be heard so that it can open up for us.

As our awareness of this universal interconnectedness comes to fruition, random chance encounters with people, events and situations will steadily increase. The universe will conspire in order to bring about the manifestation of our inner desires and destiny. Such synchronistic signposts indicate being on the path and to be aware of our surroundings around us, thus requiring us to pay attention.

When we get a sense of clarity on becoming more of who we really are, we come to understand what it means to live from heartfelt authenticity and operating at this level becomes second nature to us. Amazing situations will happen when we align our energies, intentions and thoughts with universal vibrations.

INITIAL PREPARATIONS

Brazen Sync believes that in order to fully participate in brazen synchronicity, we need to ask certain kinds of questions. What is our life’s purpose? What is it that gives our lives meaning, direction and purpose? What is our destiny? What do we really want to do here in this reality with the time we have?

When we experience synchronicity, we sometimes gain deeper insights by examining the context with which the experience has ocurred from a subjective point of observation. By asking ourselves basic questions that resonate with us, such experiences can offer us further insights or confirm things that we may intuitively know to be true.

• what symbols, signs or signals (numbers or messages) does this event contain?
• what do those symbols mean to me (personally) at this point in time?
• what or how do I feel about these symbols?
• what invokes my passions and does it align itself with a/my purpose?
• what are the possibilities of taking action based on these hunches?
• what are the consequences of not taking any action?

There may be times when these questions seem so serious. The intention is not to get too analytical, but to have fun engaging in the process, to treat it like child’s play because ultimately, that is where the magic and miracles come into play. When we relieve our conscious minds of direct responsibility, we can allow our subconcious and unconscious minds to deliver insights and inspiration.
